Adversity leads to growth: physical, emotional and spiritual. The soul loves it. That’s why we train in all conditions. Be prepared to train not just on the sunny days but also in the rain, snow, fog, storms, dark etc. We never stop and we generally find that the worse the conditions are the more you enjoy it. Strange but true, we all like that feeling of having pushed ourselves and battled the elements. GMF also operates on public holidays so there are no excuses to miss a training session! We take a holiday from training each Christmas. This year our last session in on Tuesday 22nd December 2009. Our first session in 2010 will be on Tuesday 5th January.
Session timings are subject to change to meet demand. All members will be emailed to notify them of the changes. Non members wishing to come to a session should check the time table above.
