- We can conduct a presentation, at your business location, to your team to ensure that all are receptive to the idea, even the non exercisers, and prepared to get involved, even enjoy the program.
- We will complete and review Health Questionnaires for all team members.
- We will conduct risk assessments for all the activities taking into account all personal health issues.
- We can compile and issue the “Challenge” manual to each team member.
- We can design and have produced a “Challenge” team T-shirt with your company logo.
- We can conduct a series of health and wellbeing seminars to address topics from nutrition to exercise principles.
- We’ll answer any questions from your team members so that they are happy to undertake the physical aspects of the challenge.
- We can conduct an initial fitness assessment for all team members.
- We can provide personalised training / nutritional plans for team members.
- We can provide 1.1 and group coaching to help team members make better exercise and nutritional choices.

The Main Training Sessions
The main training sessions can take many forms.
- We can arrange training sessions on days and times to suit your team from 1-5 sessions per week, with 2 being the norm (minimum team size would apply). The sessions can be conducted at various locations to increase interest and variation. In Christchurch we have previously used Brighton Beach, Bottle Lake Forrest, The Port Hills, Victoria Park etc. Every session will be different and tailored to the needs of the group. There will be individual, paired and team activities. An element of competition is natural.
- For those companies that have insufficient team members to have their own bespoke training program, we can arrange for them to join our standard open sessions which provide all the benefits above except for the location flexibility.
- Our experienced and capable trainers will ensure that fun is had by all, athletes and non runners alike. A high instructor to client ratio will be provided to cater for the range in fitness levels and for safety.
- We will provide all the necessary training and safety equipment.
- The sessions will improve strength and cardio vascular fitness.
- During the sessions we will provide water.
- We can provide fruit at the end of the sessions.
- We can take photos at each session to provide your team with a record of their experience.
- We can provide team challenges where teams of 4-6 overcome a problem. There are outdoor and indoor options, physical and cerebral.
- We can provide personal training sessions for those who need or require them.
